Lights didn’t fit the car advertised for, returned and still waiting for the promised refund, after two weeks.

We do apologies that you’re having a bad experience.
We wasn’t aware that you’re returning the product by hand after weeks later you’ve emailed us advising you’ve dropped it off. We have a set of procedures and protocols when returning items to any of our warehouse (yes we use multiple warehouse to conduct business).
For things to be easier we advised thing to be tracked using a number (which we can pay for) so its in the system, just dropping it off is really risky and hard for us to track the item.
Simply returning the item by hand makes things really difficult for us to know where the product is in the shared warehouse. We’ve sent you an email on what steps to take.
